Jug with lid

Cerámica vidriada

White glazed ceramic jug with blue, yellow and manganese decoration. Its character is evidently decorative, as can be seen from the organization of its eight handles, four large and four small alternating. The painted decoration of the glaze alternates vegetal themes and dots in blue and yellow. Particularly striking is the lid, which has four fleurons and a round peacock in the center as a peduncle / Extracted from: A.A.V.V.: Gómez-Moreno Institute (catalog). Granada, 1992, p. 225.
