Visit rules

WE INFORM YOU THAT THE MANUEL GÓMEZ-MORENO MUSEUM WILL BE CLOSED FOR WORKS FROM SEPTEMBER 1ST UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

The purchase of this ticket signifies acceptance of the rules/conditions for public visits to the Foundation.

This ticket allows access to the monument on the day and time indicated and must be kept until the end of the tour. The entrance ticket will not be valid after the time indicated on the ticket, so it is recommended to arrive at the monument a few minutes before the time of the reserved visit pass.

Free tickets are for individuals only (no groups). Reservations are limited to 2 per person/application. If irregularities are detected in the reservation, it may be cancelled by the organization. The Foundation will verify the reservation data at the time of access to the visit and in case of non-compliance with the conditions of the visit, access may be limited to the number of visitors allowed.

It is essential to book the day and time of the general visit to validate the combined Alhambra-FRA ticket through the website https://entradasfra.com. Remember that you can book the visit to FRA for the day before, the same day or the day after the date of the visit to the Alhambra.

The purchase of the ticket is firm and definitive, so there is no cancellation or refund, unless the visit is suspended for reasons attributable to the Foundation.

Backpacks, large bags, baby strollers, etc. should be left at the monument’s reception desk during the visit.

For safety reasons, children under 8 years of age must be held by the hand at all times.

Some of the areas of the carmen, headquarters of the Rodriguez-Acosta Foundation, are not accessible for people with reduced mobility.

To visit the garden and, if necessary, the subway galleries, it is necessary to overcome unevenness by means of stairs. Extreme caution should be exercised in the area of the subway galleries, and refrain from visiting them if you suffer from claustrophobia.

Exterior photography is permitted without the use of flash or tripods, unless expressly authorized. Photography inside the monument is not permitted.

Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed.

Trash and garbage should be deposited in the trash garbage cans installed on the premises.

For conservation reasons, decorative and vegetal elements present in exterior and interior areas: statues, columns, plasterwork, latticework, fountains, walls and plants, may not be touched.

Persons who incur in actions that imply deterioration will be violating the heritage and may be subject to penalties.

The Foundation has the right to modify the itinerary or to eliminate visitable areas for organizational and/or conservation reasons and for safety reasons for visitors.

The monument is under video surveillance in accordance with current legislation.
